Founder & Principal Recruiter
Since 2012, Ray has discovered quality talent for high-growth small and mid-size businesses. Ray works with companies across many industries, including software, technology, e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and consumer packaged goods among others.
Prior to launching Marks Connect in 2018, he worked for a venture backed startup where he hired over 240 full-time employees.
Originally he's from Chicago, lived in Los Angeles for over a decade, and now he lives in the vibrant city of Austin.
Fun Fact: The cover photo is of the Matterhorn. One of Ray's favorite memories is climbing it with his family when he was 12 years old.

Originally from Los Angeles, Stephanie's career has taken her to many major cities including SF, NYC, DC, and Milan.
Fun Fact: Stephanie is a proud cat mom to Coccolino, and is an avid foodie. Ask her what she made for dinner, and you are bound to hear of a gastronomical delight!

With over a decade of experience in strategic, full cycle recruitment for dynamic organizations with tight deadlines and fast paced needs, Amelia has built teams in various industries including entertainment, market research, technology, and software.
Prior to joining Marks Connect, Amelia led recruitment for companies like Creative Artists Agency, Material+, and Paradigm Talent Agency.
Amelia is a Los Angeles native with roots in Nevada as well, who has spent time living in New York City, Palm Springs, and Canada.
Fun Fact: Amelia solo traveled around Bali for a month where she practiced Pilates and discovered her love for aerial yoga.
