Founder & Principal Recruiter
Since 2012, Ray has discovered quality talent for high-growth small and mid-size businesses. Ray works with companies across many industries, including software, technology, e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and consumer packaged goods among others.
Prior to launching Marks Connect in 2018, he worked for a venture backed startup where he hired over 240 full-time employees.

Originally he's from Chicago, lived in Los Angeles for over a decade, and now he lives in the vibrant city of Austin.
Fun Fact: The cover photo is of the Matterhorn. One of Ray's favorite memories is climbing it with his family when he was 12 years old.
